Marvel-Who is Stan Lee

Stanley Martin Lieber is a great American comic book writer. Many people call him Stan Lee.
He was born on December 28th 1922 in New York City. Stan is chairman of the Marvel comics.

He has been on T.V shows, Movies, in Books all of those things.

Stan's parents were called Celia and Jack Lieber. He was born in Manhattan. His Father was trained as a dress cutter.worked only sporadically after the great depression. His family moved further up Manhattan to Washington Avenue.

When Stan Lee was nearly nine his younger brother Larry Lieber was born. Stan Lee went to DeWitt Clinton High School in the Bronx. 

Stan enjoyed writing, and dreamed that one day he could write a great novel.

Stan's first published comic was a Captain America comic. Stan's uncle helped Stan write the comics. His name was Robbie Solomon.

Stan Lee has now wrote loads of comics about the X-Men, Thor, Iron Man and Captain America.
Jack Kirby now helps Stan write comics and make the Movies.

Aquaman

Aquaman is a DC superhero who is god of the seas. His powers include:

Super strength,
Super speed,
durability and
staying under water...

Aquaman is a part of THE JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA  along with Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green lantern, Green Arrow, The Flash, Martian Manhunter and Captain Marvel.

The Avengers

The Avengers are a powerful group of six superheroes:

The Hulk
Iron Man
Captain America
Thor
Hawkeye
 and Black Widow.

Nick Fury is the leader of the group and makes sure every thing is under control.

The Avengers have one movie... Avengers Assemble
But on May 1st 2015 there is going to be another movie called Avengers age of Ultron.

Ultron is the villain in the movie  but I'm pretty sure The Avengers will stop him.
