Thor is a god from asgard. His father is called Oden and his half brother is called Loki. Thor is the god of thunder. which makes him a very powerful man. Thor has a hammer as a weapon, which can summon lightening. Loki is the god of mischief who has the power to make things not normal.
Thor is part of the avengers. He has had comics written about him.People don't just know Thor from Marvel. He is also a very famous god.

Thor wears a helmet in the comics but not in the films. Chris Hemsworth plays Thor in the movies.
